The app asks for location permission to find your exact latitude and longitude and calculates true Solar Noon or Mid-day. You can also set alarms (in AlarmClock app) for the noon by single tap. It optionally shows sunrise, sunset times and Solar Noon estimates for past 30 days and next 30 days.
